Renesas Electronics, a leading global semiconductor company, is rapidly scaling its AI-focused power delivery business. Products include high-performance digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages (SPS), Vertical Power Stages (SPS with integrated capacitors and multiple silicon die), Power Towers (power modules integrating multiple SPS-equivalents with capacitors and inductors), and power MOSFETs. 

**Key Responsibilities **

+ **Lead NPI definition of next gen multi-phase AI power module products:**
+ Partner with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineering, to integrate power modules into larger electrical systems and align on thermal and power requirements.
+ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
+ Present next-generation product updates and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders.
