• Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Problemfällen im 2nd Level Support mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Intune


• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in den Bereichen:


• o Device Management


• o Compliance Policies


• o Configuration Profiles


• o Application Deployment


• o Windows Update for Business


• o Enrollment und Provisioning


• o Windows Autopilot


• Unterstützung bei Fehlerbildern rund um Entra ID Join, Hybrid Join und MDM-Registrierung


• Pflege und Anpassung bestehender Richtlinien, Profile, App-Zuweisungen und Gerätekonfigurationen im laufenden Betrieb


• Nachverfolgung von Rollouts, Deployments und Compliance-Status


• Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen, Knowledge-Base-Artikeln und Runbooks


• Fachliche Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports sowie Eskalation komplexer Themen an 3rd Level oder Engineering
