Advert Modern Apprentice (Housing) Renfrewshire Council are seeking to recruit 2 Housing Services modern apprentices. Successful applicants will have their main base at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley. However, they will work across all of our housing service areas including allocations, repairs and estate management so will be expected to work from a range of locations. Successful applicants will work towards achievement of two relevant qualifications: the Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Housing (SCQF Level 6) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Scottish Certificate in Housing Services (SCQF Level 5). Applicants must be a resident of the Renfrewshire area and preferably aged between 16 and 19 at the start of the apprenticeship.
