The role

As automated systems and models are increasingly used to support executive decision-making, the need for human oversight has never been greater. The Model Behavior Monitor exists to ensure these tools remain aligned with the ethical standards and structural requirements of the organizations they serve. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will observe and document how models interpret instructions, especially in contexts where decision rights and two-tier board protocols are at play. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of focus, as your findings will directly inform the advice we provide to our clients regarding their internal accountability systems....
