Mobile/Outreach Counsellor

Interlake Counselling & Resource Centre (ICRC) is seeking a Mobile/Outreach Counsellor to provide trauma-informed counselling, outreach, advocacy, and group programming throughout the Interlake region of Manitoba. This position supports individuals facing barriers related to transportation, crisis, safety, geography, social isolation, and access to services. The role combines direct counselling, outreach support, community engagement, and facilitation of group counselling and wellness programs.
