We are looking for a Mobile Receptionist to cover various Provide sites across Mid Essex. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors and staff entering the clinic/department/building by providing an efficient and courteous welcome either face‑to‑face and on the telephone.

Driving licence and vehicle essential.

Main duties of the job

• Act as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors and staff entering the clinic/department/building.
• Record the arrival of clients using SystmOne for any Provide services based at a clinic and provide guidance as necessary. If required by the service, check contact details held are up to date and current.
• Assist with attending clinicians with administration by scanning documents onto SystmOne. Book records in and out of clinic using SystmOne. Ensure records are returned to the correct location.
