Mobile Plumber/Mechanical Engineer

Mobile Plumber/Mechanical Engineer My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, due to an expansion of the mobile team, they are looking to recruit a mobile plumber/mechanical maintenance engineer. You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in plumbing mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Sector: Commercial Maintenance Duties will include all ppm's on pipework, copper and pvc , L8 water treatment, flushing, correct temp checks, plant checks on pumps and motors, ppm's and fan coil units, ahu and splits filter changes, TMV's checks and replacements and well as keeping up records and reporting back to the supervisor. Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday. Salary is 45K, with call out 1 in 7, van, phone, laptop, fuel card, tools uniform and much more.
