**What's the Job?**

+ Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
+ Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
+ Maintain responsibility for inventory control, purchasing, and contracted maintenance services.
