Monday – Friday (plenty of overtime available)
£33,000 + van + Fuel Card
Mobile contract covering sites across Wimbledon & Richmond

Responsibilities

• Carpentry – Door hanging
• Assembling furniture
• Plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Fire alarm/door testing
• Grouting & plastering
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
• Basic electrical – lamp changes, sockets

Requirements

• Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
• Trades qualifications – C&G / NVQ
