Job Title: Mobile Cleaner / Caretaker

Working Hours: Monday to Friday flexible Hours

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Role Purpose

The Light Caretaker role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, secure, and well‑presented environment. This role includes light maintenance duties, routine inspections, and responsibility for end‑of‑day security procedures, including locking up the premises.

Also offering cover for cleaning staff where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance

• Carry out basic repair’s tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify minor issues.
• Report any major maintenance concerns promptly for escalation.
• Ensure external areas such as pathways and entrances remain tidy and hazard‑free.
