Mobile Clinic Family NP/PA in Sacramento, CA

Well respected Healthcare facility in Sacramento is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Mobile clinic position where you will go out to the community to provider services.

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Full-time, M-F. 40hrs a week (8hrs days)
• State of the art Mobile medicine program
• Will be going out into the community to set up clinics as well as at school sites
• Will be doing sports & wellness physicals, sick visits, and new patient appointments, but will not establish care on mobile
• Typically see approx. 24 ppd
• See all ages
• At least 2+ years Primary Care outpatient experience
• Salary range 130-170k depending on experience, full benefits and eligible for Loan Repayment through HRSA
