Mobile Cleaning Operative (Temp to Perm)

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable individual for a mobile supervisory role across commercial sites. This position focuses on maintaining standards, supporting staff, and ensuring operational continuity.

Hours: 16–20 per week initially, with potential to increase
Pay: £13.50–£14.00 per hour + 45p per mile (between jobs only)

Key Duties:

* Emergency shift cover

* Site supervision and quality checks

* Training new staff

* Supporting new site setups

Requirements:

* Commercial cleaning experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently

* Full UK driving licence
