Plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring for pupils and students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD, referred by local authorities and schools.

Core Responsibilities

• CPD and employee mentoring: Handle TES CPD suite and access professional mentor support.
• SEND Support Team: Provide support to keep a dedicated team around you and the child.
• Community and Company Events: Engage in knowledge sharing and resources.
• Referral Programme: Receive rewards for successful tutor referrals.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.

Experience

2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way.
