Job Summary

Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Practice the Guest First - Technology Last rule. Bartender's responsibilities also include cash handling, stocking, cleaning and organizing. The Bartender will follow all Hopdoddy standards to ensure that the product is of the highest quality in taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize bar revenues. Bartenders are knowledgeable on local craft beers, in-house products and always willing to go above and beyond for guests and fellow team members. Practicing responsible alcohol service, this individual still knows how to have a good time.
