**Mixer – Production**

**Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour
**Shift:** 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Weekend and overtime as required)

**Position Summary**

The Mix Person plays a critical role in the production process by preparing and mixing high-quality product according to established formulations and procedures. This position is essential to starting each day’s production and directly impacts overall efficiency, quality, and food safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate and demonstrate working knowledge of Mix Systems 1, 2, 3, and 4, as well as EMS.
+ Mix product accurately according to specifications, formulations, and mix procedures.
+ Verify correct ingredients, weights, lot numbers, and manufacturers; record all information accurately on batch sheets.
+ Check off ingredients on mix sheets as they are used.
+ Make batch adjustments to achieve required pH, fats, solids, and other quality parameters.
