Mixer Operator

The Mixer Operator is responsible for accurately mixing materials for multiple production lines and ensuring that all lines remain consistently supplied. This role involves weighing and measuring ingredients according to product specifications, operating mixing systems and heavy equipment safely, and supporting a strong safety and quality culture within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety within the department by setting a positive example and prioritizing safe work practices.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements, to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Mix various materials for different product lines according to established formulations and specifications.
• Coordinate the completion of mixes to ensure production lines remain full and running efficiently.
