Mix Room Operator

**Job Title: Mix Room Operator - $20-25**

**Job Description**

+ Follow recipe blending instructions to accurately issue materials by lot and physically mix/blend recipes/batches.
+ Maintain accurate inventory lots and storage conditions for ingredients.
+ Operate Refractometer and record accurate brix. Conduct organoleptic testing on every batch.
+ Use WMS to pick and stage batches by FIFO and notify management of any discrepancies.
+ Complete CIP circuits including chemical checks and hand washing, following all steps of SSOPs.
+ Operate all Mix & Blending equipment safely according to SOPs, including forklift operations.
+ Report any mechanical issues to the Mix Room Manager or Maintenance Staff.
+ Adhere to company food safety, food quality, GMP, and HACCP rules and requirements.
+ Stop production and inform management or QC of any food safety or food quality issues.
+ Unload tankers as needed, following all safety procedures.
