Mission Readiness Trainer – Service

Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Trainer – Service for their Austin, TX location. Responsibilities:


+ Provide dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures

+ Review daily performance feedback and address any training deficiencies escalated by on the job Mentors

+ Grade hands-on assessments, including on-the-ground and simulated sessions, and provide feedback to Training Supervisor and team stakeholders.

+ Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators

+ Assist with training material updates as needed and review new training material

+ Work with Training Supervisors to identify areas of confusion or discrepancy in the training curriculum
