Our client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor for their Phoenix , AZ location. Responsibilities:
+ Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
+ Manually drive L3 and auxiliary vehicles when needed.
+ Ensure the service VH6’s are on the correct PRC before sending out for service
+ Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.
+ Support the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventory.
+ Ensure the workshop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous and/or hazardous material, in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines
+ Be able to support remote working sites.
+ Foster open communication among team members and other supervisors to facilitate a cohesive work environment.
+ Keep upper management informed of any significant developments or issues.
