Our client in Cabo delgado is looking for a Mining Sorting Operator to join their team within the Mining Sector.
Responsibilities
Conduct primary sorting of rough gemstones by size, color, clarity, and quality category.Identify and separate ruby-bearing material from waste or low-grade stones.Classify stones according to company grading standards and internal quality benchmarks.Accurately record grading data and production quantities.Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and chain-of-custody procedures.Work closely with the Secondary Graders and Supervisors to ensure consistency in grading decisions.Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.Report discrepancies, irregularities, or quality concerns immediately to the Supervisor.Support stock ...
