Mining cost accountant

Leading Mining Company based in Middelburg is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team of dynamic professionals.

Responsibilities Operation cost control & allocation Preparing operational cost budgets Cost reporting for operations Asset register control Month end processes Work close with operations management and staff Support to plant management and Financial Department Stock Management Implementation and control of spare inventory management system Ensure that Stock levels are adequate Manage, control and organise inventory counts Stock value control General Housekeeping of warehouses Supervision, coaching and mentoring of staff members Requirements Grade 12 / Matric with accounting as a subject Degree in Finance / Cost & Management Accounting Post graduate qualification may be advantageous 5 8 Years working experience in a Coal Mining Industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
