Mine Services Coordinator

About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced Mine Services Coordinator to join the leadership team at our Railton Mine. In this role you’ll directly influence safe, reliable and efficient production that supports the broader site cement manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Mine Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the Railton Mine team, plant leadership team and our major mine services contractors to achieve production targets. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, where timing, coordination and communication are critical to business success.

With strong exposure to planning, budgeting, contractor coordination and operational decision‑making, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build your mining career.
