Mine pit design engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for Mine PIT Design Engineer . The purpose of this role is to design and update an efficient pit following geotechnical and safety guidelines, to ensure optimal and economically viable resource utilisation.

As our Mine PIT Design Engineer , your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Ensure that planning designs comply with the Mine Health and Safety Act and the mine's regulations while staying within the production budget to achieve targets effectively. Adjust the designed plans promptly whenever geological deviations occur, ensuring that the redesigns are accurate, budget-friendly, and comply with the long‑term plan's requirements, including road, electrical, and water network positioning.
