As an Assistant Store Manager for Mimco, oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team.

Please note this is a fixed term opportunity, ending in June 2027.
