This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$26-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
+ Disassemble and reassemble machinery, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and other mechanical systems
+ Perform installations and modifications of industrial equipment as needed
+ Work with precision tools and follow safety protocols to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
