MILLWRIGHT

We are looking for Millwrights with a strong analytical mindset and a focus on optimizing mechanical systems in industrial environments. This role is hands-on and you will make sure that the production line runs smoothly. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve machine performance, prevent downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Extra Responsibilities:

• Analyze mechanical systems and identify performance bottlenecks;
• Develop solutions to improve reliability and efficiency of production equipment;
• Support the implementation of technical upgrades and modifications;
• Collaborate with design, automation, and maintenance teams on technical projects;
• Prepare documentation, reports, and technical recommendations;
• Ensure that all engineering solutions comply with relevant safety and industry standards.
