**Job Title: Industrial Millwright Mechanic – Night Shift**
**Job Description**
This Industrial Millwright Mechanic role is a night shift position based in Thomaston, Georgia, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving industrial equipment throughout the mill to support safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. You will work with a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring equipment uptime and addressing issues quickly while following strict safety procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment throughout the mill to support safe and efficient production.
+ Inspect, maintain, and replace bearings, drivers, roller chains, sprockets, and related components.
+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely and effective manner.
+ Read and interpret equipment drawings and blueprints to plan and execute repairs and installations.
