Candidates should have a minimum of N3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a Millwright Trade Test, and at least 3 years' experience in the field.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in improving equipment performance and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in PLC programming and maintenance practices is essential.
