**Job Title:** Production Operator / Miller / Compounder
**Location:** Taunton, MA 02780
**Work Schedule:** Mon - Fri, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3rd Shift)
**Pay Rate:** $24.47/hour
**Contract** : Temp-to-hire

**Position Summary:**
The Production Operator is responsible for overseeing and executing various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This role requires hands-on manipulation of materials, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Candidates should have prior manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

**Key Qualifications:**

+ Manufacturing experience required (experience in manufacturing-adjacent roles also considered)
+ Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds
+ Understanding of workplace safety guidelines and ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
