You will play a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality rubber manufacturing operations by operating mill equipment and ensuring consistent material processing. Your work directly impacts production output, product quality, and continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

This is a 1st Shift position, with shift hours 6:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

+ Operate rubber **mill equipment** to process materials and meet daily production targets.
+ Monitor material consistency, temperature, and processing conditions to ensure quality output.
