MatchBox Consulting Group is hiring a Mill Operations Foreman for a growing and respected mining client operating a large open-pit mine in Central BC With a strong legacy in mining and active operations across Canada and the US this company offers long-term stability and opportunity 

We are seeking a safety-first leader with experience in grinding and flotation operations and proven supervisory experience This role requires relocation to Central BC and offers the chance to lead day-to-day mill operations in a highly professional and well-supported environment 

You will 

• Supervise crews and enforce safety SOPs and regulatory compliance 


• Coordinate mill operations including resources staffing and equipment 


• Hold safety meetings monitor equipment and complete incident reporting 


• Motivate train and coach mill personnel to meet operational targets
