Talascend is currently seeking a Mill Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client located in the Mobile, AL area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for general oversight and management of the Mill Production, Maintenance, Reliability and Inspection teams and processes. Coordinating with leaders to determine engineering solutions for quality and throughput optimization without a given solution process. Coordination of measures to ensure trouble-free production. Coordination of measures to ensure responsive maintenance. Provide leadership for direct reports and wider organization, including serving as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for questions of compliance and technical issues relating to the device constituent/components.
