Mill Machinist

• Set up & run DMG Mori (Siemens) and Roku-Roku/Robodrill (Fanuc) mills
• Edit programs at the machine using G & M code
• Machine very small, high-precision parts
• Inspect using microscopes and precision tools
• Hold tight tolerances ( 0.0001-0.0002)
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Troubleshoot and improve machining processes

• CNC mill setup experience (production or job shop)
• Fanuc and/or Siemens control experience
• Strong blueprint reading + GD&T
• Comfortable with micromachining and tight tolerances
• Attention to detail and problem-solving

• DMG Mori or Roku-Roku experience
• Microscopy/advanced inspection experience

• Paid advanced training after 2 months
• Clean, modern, high-end shop (no heavy PPE)
• On-site gym, tech-focused environment
