**Milk Receiver**

**Shift: 11pm shift with** **Rotating Days Off**

**General Purpose** : To test product to make sure that all milk received is within company's specifications prior to unloading.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Test and Receive Milk
+ Receive Condense
+ Loadout Cream
+ CIP Milk Tankers
+ CIP Line Circuits
+ Test CIP Solutions
+ Change over silo's and tank's
+ Safely fill or change out chemical barrels in the CIP area
+ Takes inventory of cream, condensed and milk and relay the information on high and low levels to the supervisor
+ Maintain work area up to 5S standards
+ Complete all documents and charts as required
+ Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
+ Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive
