The Contractor will perform Modernization and Innovations Integration and in support of Customer requirements. The Contractor is responsible to organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization; develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the enterprise; create and manage various pilot programs and tech scouting initiatives; work closely with project sponsor, and coordinate with staff and units to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, market research, budget, and timing for new pilot initiatives; manage acquisition program for optimal return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives; develop budget for projects and be accountable for delivery against established business goals and objectives; and work to identify risks and opportunities across multiples projects within a portfolio.
