**What You'll Do**

+ Perform MIG welding on carbon steel parts and assemblies
+ Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
+ Complete fit-up and fabrication of components to specification
+ Use tape measures, calipers, and other gauges to verify quality
+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
+ Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

**What We're Looking For**

+ 2+ years of MIG welding experience
+ Experience welding carbon steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
