**Job Title: Fabrication Welder – Custom Industrial Platforms**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on fabricating and welding custom industrial work platforms, mezzanines, ladder platforms, stairs, and steps for specialized projects, including those in aerospace and government-funded environments. You will use MIG and TIG welding processes on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel to build high-quality, custom structures based on detailed blueprints and drawings.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel components for customized platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and steps.
+ Weld material in thicknesses ranging from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch, ensuring strong, consistent, and visually acceptable welds.
+ Fabricate parts according to blueprints and detailed drawings, producing fully custom products to exact specifications.
