MIG Welder

Role: MIG Welder.
Start date: Immediate Start.
Location: Mildenhall.
Hours: Multiple shifts available.
Pay: £16.00+ p/hour (depending on weld test).
Contract: Permanent role subject to a successful 3‑month temporary probation period.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding mild and stainless steel.
• Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication.
• Prepping metal components for welding.
• Handling basic fabrication tasks.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assembly.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• Multiple shifts available Monday–Friday: 06:00–14:00 / 07:00–15:00 / 08:00–16:00.
• Pay rate dependent on experience.
