**Now Hiring: 1st Shift and 3rd Shift MIG Welders**
Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a stable opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are seeking skilled welders to join our team on both **1st and 3rd shift** . The positions offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Hourly pay is anywhere from $20.00 - $28.75 an hour depending on shift and experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and steel components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
+ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
+ Grind, clean, and prepare materials prior to welding.
+ Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.
+ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
