**Job Title: MIG Welder**

**Pay: $20-25 hr**

**Job Description**

Responsible for laying out and welding structural steel to build metal structures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld and cut black carbon and galvanized steel while interpreting blueprints.
+ Operate hand tools, grinders, and basic shop machinery, with a willingness to learn new operations.
+ Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.
+ Maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with 6S standards.
+ Adhere to and comply with all company safety requirements.
+ Read and understand schematics and blueprints.
+ Read basic blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
+ Measure accurately using a tape measure.
+ Perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
+ Operate vehicles, mechanical devices, or equipment.
+ Pass 3G/4G tests in MIG welding with a focus on vertical/uph...
