Midlevel HAZMAT Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **HAZMAT Analyst** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Maintains and reviews compliance records to ensure hazardous material operations meet federal and international legal standards.
+ Draft contract clauses and technical specifications for the procurement of HAZMAT storage and transportation services.
+ Prepare routine reports for management regarding regulatory updates and potential compliance vulnerabilities.
+ Coordinates with theater logistics partners to ensure all HAZMAT shipments are documented in accordance with the status of forces agreements (SOFA) and local environmental laws.
+ Assist in the legal review of subcontracting agreements to ensure proper flow-down of safety and environmental requirements.
+ Monitor regional logistical data to identify trends and ensure persistent compliance during surges in cargo movement.
