**What you’ll do?**
- Assist in maintaining and improving proactive Middleware monitoring processes as required in the Procedural documentation and as part of Schedule 9 Network Operation Center (NOC) services.
- Provide support to the Solutions Engineering team towards designing solutions to meet project
- Support all routing & switching of LAN and WAN
**What you’ll bring**:
- Develop methods to create repeatable and efficient procedures to deploy products
- Performance tuning for Middleware instance(s) and server(s) for maximum performance.
- Interface with Customer’s Third Party service providers and vendors in support of Incident Management and Problem Management for resolution.
