Middleware Cloud Specialist

As a Middleware Specialist, you are expected to be highly skilled in solving complex critical customer issues. You will perform assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and report to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis. This position is expected to be a point of contact for customers and lead Oracle employees when in need of expert technical advice.
