Position Title: Middle School Head Coach

Reports To: Director of Athletics & High School Head Coach

Salary: Stipend (set by coaches pay scale)

Position Goal

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintaining safe conditions in accordance with PIAA, league, sports medicine and RSD policies/procedures. Furthermore the candidate will be responsible for instilling Red Knight pride, connecting with youth programs, teaching education through athletics, fundraising.
