**Mid-Level Plant Designer (OAK RIDGE)**

The necessary Job skills will include but are not limited to:

+ A general understanding of Building Mechanical Systems: HVAC/Piping/Plumbing
+ Develop piping systems and equipment layout in SmartPlant 3D or similar BIM design tools.
+ Developing General Equipment Arrangement Deliverables.
+ A basic understanding of schedules and budgets of the Plant Design and Piping Team.
+ Assist with resolving interferences and developing resolutions
+ Ensuring proper integration with other BIM tools such as Intelligent Schematics.
+ Working with Piping Engineering on Pipe Specifications and Stress analysis support locations.
+ Working with Structural Engineering for Pipe Support designs.
+ Managing the model outputs for material lists and reports.
+ Working with Civil on underground interface connections

**Requirements**

AS Degree or Higher

10+ years using BIM tools for Plant Design
