Role Overview

Design, implement, and manage a cost-effective, scalable, AI-powered communication solution for outreach campaigns. Optimize outbound/inbound calling as an affordable alternative to Microsoft Teams Calling Plans using Teams or third-party VoIP providers. Configure automatic call recordings, AI transcriptions/summaries, and manage landline numbers across regions.

Key Responsibilities
