+ Design, implement, and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions aligned to business needs, including integrations and cloud improvements
+ Manage endpoint environments using Intune, including device configuration, policy enforcement, and application deployment
+ Oversee full device lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments, including enrollment, patching, and compliance
+ Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, ensuring performance, uptime, and security
