Microsoft Dynamics Lead Developer

Candidate should be able to:
Identify and escalate issues and risks affecting system performance to IT leaders on time
write test plans and complete repeatable test scenarios to support validation of business requirements; responsible for maintaining test and development initiatives
Create and follow timelines associated with projects
Develops solutions to address complex and challenging business opportunities. Integrating data, creating and modifying user interfaces, automating processes, and streamlining operations
work and collaborate within a team as well as communicate with the global IT team and internal business community as applicable
Communicate project status(s) within IT and to the supervisor
Participates in technical design and code review, development, testing, debugging, implementation, and maintenance of new application development initiatives, including enhancements to existing applications
