Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional/Technical Consultant (Migration)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to support a Salesforce to Dynamics migration initiative . The role will involve requirements analysis, data migration, system configuration, and integration support , working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current Salesforce setup and map to Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) functionalities
• Gather and document requirements, including data models, workflows, and integrations
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Service modules)
• Support data migration (data mapping, cleansing, validation)
• Work on API integrations with external systems
• Assist with UAT, testing, and production rollout
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams
