Requirements Hands-on experience in Resco Mobile CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM to enhance and optimize an existing sales mobile application. Strong experience working with Resco Mobile CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Enhance workflows, forms, and overall mobile application usability Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency Support application testing, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and release management activities.
